# IFES by Telvory Live

> IFES by Telvory Live is an inflight entertainment (IFE) system for commercial, charter, VIP and business aircraft. A compact appliance on board streams live TV channels and films to passengers' own phones, tablets and laptops (web player, no app or account needed), to MAG seat-back set-top boxes and to cabin displays over HDMI. Passengers use no internet or mobile data. Operators manage every aircraft from the ground in Telvory Live.

## What it does
- Live TV: up to 64 channels per aircraft, pulled once over the aircraft's internet link (Starlink or any IP satellite link) and shared on board by multicast, so bandwidth does not grow with the number of viewers.
- On-demand: films, series and a kids section from an on-board library.
- Screens: passenger devices (any modern browser; optional Android app delivered from the aircraft; iPhone Home Screen from Safari), MAG seat-back boxes with their own remote control, and cabin displays driven over HDMI.
- Reliability: each channel has an ordered list of sources and fails over automatically (about 12 seconds on the bench). In AUTO mode the box measures sources and uses the nearest working one: the operator's own server or a Telvory relay in Europe, North America or Asia. During an outage screens show the reason in large text and recover by themselves.
- Branding: the airline's logo and colours on passenger screens; no third-party brand shown to passengers.

## Ground management (Telvory Live)
- Channel line-up, numbering, names and sources set in the portal; screens and playlists update within about a minute without a reboot.
- Remote control matching the on-board panel; alerts; signed over-the-air updates; one-command installation with an install code.
- Reports kept 90 days: what played, how many screens watched, stream health, outages, aircraft position, internet provider; CSV export.

## Privacy
- No passenger accounts, cookies or trackers. The ground receives only how many screens watched each channel, never a device, seat or person.
